NASKARTS ROLLIN' INTO WICHITA FALLS

The NASKARTS roll into Wichita Falls on August 14th for the 10th round of the series. This race will mark the 1/2 way point of the NASKART Season. With a tight points race, the racing action is sure to be FAST & FURIOUS as the top 4 competitors are seperated by only 15 points! Mike Steinman in his #15 3M kart leads the points and has 3 wins for the season. 2nd in points Andy Taylor in his #14 Pearland Car Care kart is only 11 points behind Steinman...but right on his Heals, 1 point behind, is the #29 ROCKHARD Racing's Marty Kreis & his Teammate Chris Terry, 3 points behind Marty, in the #24.

 

Coming off his first win of the season at Thunderhill Raceway, Team ROCKHARD Racing's Kevin Hummell in the #48 will be looking to take 2 in a row! He also won last year Red River Speedway on a last lap pass!! Another member of Team ROCKHARD Racing is Marty's son, Kaleb Kreis driving the National Guard #88 kart. Kaleb has been coming on strong after a tough start to the season. Will this be his first win of the season?!

 

Returning to the scene of his first NASKART win last will be Frank Mena in his #12 kart looking for 2 wins in a row at this Red River Speedway. Or will Kelli Garrett in the #18 M&M's kart have the motor to pull past everyone for her 2nd win of the year. And will Mike Steinman in his #16 3M kart be able to hold of the competition for his first win at Red River Speedway and hang on too his points lead.
