"Show Me The Money III"......June 5

Montgomery Motor Speedway (AL) will be running the "Show Me The Money III" PLM 125 lap feature event this Saturday night June 5 paying 5,000 $$$ to win.........Gilmore Ford in Prattville is posting 1,250 bucks in lap money and Budweiser of Montgomery is putting up 200 bucks for the fast qualifier. Sure hope to see some of the Texas guys here at Montgomery this Saturday. Local classes will also be racing. The Montgomery Motor Speedway had a great car count for the SMTMIII but unfortunatly Mother Nature had other ideas. After a brief shower in the day practice and qualifying took place and the field was set. The clouds started rolling in and we got the race underway but after 47 laps the rains came and we lost the track. MMS has restrictions placed on it by the City of Montgomery and cannot run past 11pm. Sunday racing is also not allowed and track officials called the race official. It was shaping up to be a stellar night of racing.
