NickHolt Posted April 12, 2004 Report Share Posted April 12, 2004 I know that one of the complaints about THR in the past is that "no one is ever in the office to take my phone call." Well, we're now addressing that situation. I will be in the THR office on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the racing season, and I will answer the phone anytime it rings. Fans and drivers alike are welcome to call during those times to ask questions or to get information they may need. There will be questions and concerns that only Brian, Jim, Tracie, Nick, Jack, David or Kathy can address, and I will relay your questions or concerns to them. If, by chance, someone gets the answering machine during those hours, that probably means I'm out on a business call. Please leave a message and I'll call return the call as soon as I get back in the office. Also, there will be other times during the week I'll be in the office as well and I'll answer the phone then, too. Again, thanks to everyone for their support of Thunder Hill Raceway.
