n2racing2 Posted October 19, 2009 Report Share Posted October 19, 2009 After reviewing the race on October 10th, the 3-Man review committee made its verdict on the the Rough Driving Protest of the #17. The verdict was made thaqt all incidents were mostly hard racing. But after reviewing again by the The NASKART Officials...it was determined that the #17 on several occasion showed a pattern of rough driving for the event, and the results were overturned. The #17 will be docked 5 championship points and assessed a $50.00 fine. NasKart officials will be keeping a very close eye on the drivers and their driving tatics for the remainder of the seaon. Anyone who is determined to be intentionally driving rough will be fined and penalized championship points for their efforts.
