Jason Posted March 22, 2003 Report Share Posted March 22, 2003 No 1st practice session speeds are posted.. 2nd practice speeds 20th R 08 Casey Smith Chev. 22.389 120.595 ASA site lists him the #8 and without the R for rookie but in drivers section shows him as a rookie 41st R 89 John Webb Chev. 23.131 116.726 Ran ROMCC HMS race and from Oklahoma City 3rd practice speeds 15th R 08 Casey Smith Chev. 22.180 121.731 Again listed as #8 on the site and without R for rookie 35th R 89 John Webb Chev. 23.047 117.152 With so many cars attempting to make the race I hope he can get in 36th 8 John Silverthorne Ford 23.154 116.611 Does ASA have a provisional system? 43 cars and don't know if all 43 will be allowed to race. Also noticed he is listed as a Ford. Does anyone know if he bought a new car? Kenny Bumbera is also listed in drivers section as a partial schedule. Assuming that Kenny Bumbera runs the Houston race we now have 6 people who have raced in Texas recently who will be running the Houston ASA race.
