Nick" I was the founder and President of the Texas International Drivers Association, Late Model Series and did write the TIDA-LM Series rules for the 10 years we contested 134 series races at tracks throughout the southwest. I also drafted the ROMCO rules at the request of ROMCO President Robert Mullins. The ROMCO rules were basically a continuation of the success we had with the TIDA-LM Series rules, in which Mullins hired me to be the ROMCO Race Director. The job lasted for only a month, after-which I resigned due to disagreeable lines of authority. I no longer have that set of "draft" ROMCO rules. All I have is TIDA-LM Series rules.
