GRB76 Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 As most of you know and for those who don't, Jim Scribelito, Owner/Promoter of Shady Oaks Speedway, was involved in a racing accident Saturday night at his track. Rumor has it that there is going to be a benefit race for Jim and Family. If this does happen, I hope everyone regardless of how you feel about what track will be a part of this event. texana55 Posted August 11, 2009 Report Share Posted August 11, 2009 Yep.... We're down with that. When it comes down down to it, dirt racers are one big family overall. Ok, sometimes the family feuds amongst themselves in the pits, but we all take care of each other when it's needed. We saw the masses from various tracks join together for the Aaron benefit earlier this year, and we would anticpate the same for Jim.
