Thunder Hill Champions Reeder and Stapp to Join the Motorsports Zone Crew on KVET-AM 1300 in Live Broadcast from Bob Bullock Museum Sunday

Austin -- James Reeder, 2003 Satellite Country USA Late Model Champion at Thunder Hill Raceway, and Cary Stapp, winner of the 2003 A-Line Auto Parts Street Stock title, will join Chuck Licata, Ric Clark and the Motorsports Zone in a live broadcast Sunday morning, March 28, from The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum on KVET-AM 1300. They'll be joined on the 10:00am-11:00am CST broadcast by 2003 Satellite Country late model series rookie of the year David Snokhous, and all three drivers are expected to bring their cars.

Listeners to the show will be invited to the museum’s noon screening of "NASCAR 3D: The IMAX Experience" on Sunday, as free admission vouchers will be given out during the remote broadcast. (A voucher does not guarantee admission, as admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis until the theatre is full. Estimated capacity of the theatre is 300 people.)

"NASCAR 3D: The IMAX Experience" transports fans directly into the driver's seat to explore the world of today's elite NASCAR drivers and teams. The film briefly takes fans into reverse to review the history of this legendary sport, told from the viewpoint of some of its most revered drivers, and then thrusts into high gear with a look at the thrilling phenomenon that is NASCAR today. Featuring rare behind-the-scenes glimpses as well as gripping footage of the unpredictable action on the track, "NASCAR 3D: The IMAX Experience" provides a close-up look at what motivates NASCAR drivers in and out of competition. The movie also focuses on the science of today's racing technology, the cutting-edge racing machines and the underlying physics that drivers depend on to make turns at the highest speeds while skillfully maneuvering within inches of their competitors.

Licata and Clark will be joined by KVET-AM account executive Jim Howard. The Motorsports Zone Show can also be heard via audio stream at www.sportsradio1300.com.
