July 4th Gulfcoast Speedway Results

Alvin Tx:Former ASCS sprint car driver and recently hitched. Michael McNeal picked up his first ASCS2/EMSA feature in two seasons.He pushed the #68 M4 Motorsports into first.On a restart pass at the halfway point of the 25 lap feature.Runner up Jake Lucas pushed the leader for the last 11 laps but just couldnt secure the pass.The second place finsh pushed Jake into a tie for second place in points with Dan Tucker."The Dirt Squirt"Shane Freeman brought home his third straight top 5 .Shane and his crew have figured out the setup for the new Hyper without the wing.Defending ASCS2/EMSA champion Luke Lucas charged from the rear of the field to the top 5.And rounding out the top 5 was the #32 Danley Motorsports mount of Nathan Hamburg.Nathan was strong leading the first 12 laps of the A main before slipping to 5th at the end.After 2 weeks on the bull rings ASCS2/EMSA returns to the 1/4 of 105 Speedway in Cleveand Tx. on July 11th.
