I agree with the slower classes. And super stock isnt full of really fast guys so you can go around most of them. But when cars are all fast as in the sportmod and TSRS late models, you dont have an outside line. My brother in law is Tommy Gural and he takes care of my setup. If anyone can set up for the outside it would be him. Multiple champhionships out there. But the faster the cars the harder it is. Thats why in TSRS they just line up and wait for the guy in front to mess up. I have never seen an outside pass in that class unless the front car let him by due to a slip or something. I used to pass outside all the time in street stock and late models about 6-8 years ago. I loved the outside line. But a lot of the guys were behind the chassis setup curve then too.
