First 50 laps green before Niedecken and David Rogers get together on the front stretch. Augie, Pollard up front, Casey about 5th or 6th.

Caution again, front is Mercer, Pollard, Grill, who for some reason wasn't sent to the back for turning Long. Hamner 4th, Casey 5th.

 

Caution is for Seig and someone else.

 

58 or so laps complete.

Thank you Mrs Smith for letting us know we could listen in to the race. It was awesome - yea the announcer got excited - I was thinking Pollard and Grill were going to crash on the last lap and Casey would take the checkers - Good job Casey on your 3rd place finish and good luck tommorow night at Mobile

Last night was the best I have ever seen Casey run at FFs. It seems he has now figured out the track and will be a big factor in the Snowball Derby this year. If I heard him right after the race, he will have a new Hamke built car with a Hamner motor in the near future. The car he ran last night was an old one with a Hamner motor. It will be interesting to see how the master of MIS fares in the race tonight.
