TRP Posted May 7, 2009 Report Share Posted May 7, 2009 In the first three events at Texana Raceway Park this season, Paul White has been flawless in both Limited Modifieds and Modifieds, winning all three nights in both classes. This is not to say that the competition hasn't been close though. The competitors are there and have been knocking on the door. As an incentive and to increase the suspense, starting this Saturday (May 9th), track owner Bruce Tesch has issued a bounty in both Limited Modifieds and Modifieds for the first person who can win the feature with Paul finishing the feature also. Starting this week, there will be a $100 bounty in Limiteds and a $100 bounty in Modifieds. Paul must be running and finish the feature for the claim to be collected. Deliberately moving him out of the way will not be allowed. Must be clean racing and Paul must be running when the checkers fly. If Paul wins this week in Limiteds, the bounty goes up by another $100 to a total of $200 at the next event. If Paul wins this week in Modifieds, the bounty goes up by another $100 to a total of $200 at the next event. This will continue going up by $100 each event in each class, until someone beats Paul fair and square with him still running in the feature. Should be fun and someone is gonna get some extra cash!
