Mike, I see that the pits will open at 3:30 but what are the start and stop times for hot laps?

Here is somehat of what is planned:

 

Pit Gates open 3:30 Grandstands open 5pm

Hot Laps ( Local 4pm to 5pm)

5:30 16 Team Crew Members arrive

5:30 to 6:00 Dinner in pits ( 16 team ) ( local car owners meet with crew )

6:00 to 6:15 (16 team hot laps )

6:30 Biffle arriving

6:30 to 7:15 Biffle and Crew introductions and autograph session

7:20 LMST Qualify

7:30 Mod 4 Heat Race

 

I have spoken to Hank and he is going to try and put some more hot laps in , The biggest thing is the extra traffic and landing the helicopters etc....

We have sometime when the team arrives , but we also have photo shoots etc......... Circle Track magazine , newspaper , TV stations are scheduled to be at the track.
