Big G Smith Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 The new rule for the 2009 season "winner has to add 20 lbs. for the next race" didn't seem to hender Lyndon Kirk, as he easily won last Saturdays NasKart feature at Thunder Hill, Driving the #5 NasKart. Lyndon bought the kart in the off season from Smitty, after a great season driving it for Smitty Built Racing. Last year the kart was the #20 known as the Orange Crush, because Lyndon won just about every race he drove the kart in. The Engine was torn down and inspected in the off season while Mike Steinman was present, to verify it was in compliance with the rules. Mike has verified it is leagle. New Rings were instaled and the head was freshened up and it is just as fast as ever. Congratulations to Lyndon on his exclent driving job to hold off Chris Terry, #24 and Mike Steinman, #71 for his second win of the season. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
