Smokey Posted February 27, 2004 Report Share Posted February 27, 2004 I would like to thank three TAMS drivers for helping me fix the fender bender that I had at Corpus Christi Motor Speedway. Larry Smith, Joey Heinaman, and John and Steve Witzsche showed me their helpfulness, when they let me use their spare parts to fix my car. They also rounded up a new set of tires to let me have in order to practice this past sunday. They knew that I have never driven at the CC Speedway, but they wanted me to get the best practice I could eventhough I am a competitor to them. I respect these four guys, and I will remember this situtation on the track. I love racing in this series because of the helpful competiting drivers and crew like these guys.
