ChuckLicata Posted January 23, 2009 Report Share Posted January 23, 2009 Cody Smith and the RTM Construction Racing Team (La Vernia, TX) are headed to Lanier National Speedway (GA) to participate in SpeedFest 2009 in the GAS Pro Late Model event. Cody will run in the 100-lap Georgia Asphalt Series Pro Late Model event scheduled for Saturday. SpeedFest 2009 weekend will kick off with an open practice day on Friday, January 23rd, at Lanier National Speedway for all Pro and Super Late Model competitors. More practice and qualifying events for both divisions will take place on Saturday, January 24th, with the 200-lap Super Late Model and the 100-lap Pro Late Model events going green on Sunday, January 25th. ChuckLicata Posted January 24, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 24, 2009 In the fourth practice session today, Cody was 4th-fastest at Lanier in a time of 14.22 seconds..Fastest was Kyle Fowler at 14.094...
