SeanAugustus
Im currently running a Zexel Torsen LS w motive 3.73's in a GM 10 bolt 7.5, Im looking at the GM 12 bolt or Ford 9". If I do the swap do I have to run a different driveshaft or lower control arms? Im in the market for an aluminum driveshaft but dont want to buy one then not be able to use it when I do eventually swap out the rear ends. Any help would be appreciated. The car right now is slow @ 355rwhp and 348tq but if I decide to put the bottle on it I need to make sure the rearend is going to hold up. thanks sean
usra43
Man if i were you, i would keep that light rear end and put some moser or strange axles in there with a stronger carrier and go with that. It would be just as good. I did that to my 89 mustang coupe and i launch with the front wheels off the ground at the track. Trust me.
