Dano Dano It is somewhere in the parking lot. I have not been down there yet. I was told they are putting the markers in as we speek. You can take a drive over there and check it out. The track configuration is layed out; it is all old tires instead of the plastic barriers they had at the old location. Keep in mind it is the RETAMA parking lot, and not the VERIZON lot it used to be on. You can access it from the I-35 access road, or Lookout road. My son gave me a gift certificate for Christmas a year or two ago and I never got to use the laps because they closed before I could get there! n2racing2 Posted December 9, 2008 Report Share Posted December 9, 2008 Turns out...Runco WILL NOT be re-opening at Ratama Park. The owner had greviences filed against him in Selma which wouldn't allow him to reopen the track there. We tried to see if they were going to be open to schedule some races for the NASKART series there, but to no avail. The owner said he would try to find a piece of property to buy outside of any city limits and try to make a kart track. But...don't see how that could happen anytime soon.
