NickHolt Posted February 6, 2004 Report Share Posted February 6, 2004 The Texas Pro Sedans Champions San Antonio, Texas -- The Texas Pro Sedans Series will initiate its 29th consecutive year of racing during the 2004 season. The points competition for the series championship begins at Thunder Hill Raceway in Kyle, Texas on Saturday night, April 10th. The 2003 Champion, Bill LaBarge of Bryan, Texas is set to defend his title. LaBarge is the only five time winner of the TPS title trophy plaque. During the past twenty-eight years, the San Antonio based 4-cylinder stock car series has conducted racing events at ovals and road courses across the southwest. In 2004, the TPS series will conduct races at three oval tracks; Thunder Hill Raceway In Kyle, San Antonio Speedway and will return to C.C. Motor Speedway in Corpus Christi, after an eight year absence from the gulf coast city.
