He has he own web site if you didn't already know? He is one guy I wish a big bucks sprint team would pick-up. 302cominthru Posted October 7, 2008 Report Share Posted October 7, 2008 It's sad. I know Kevin is the son of Bill Ramey, the car owner/builder for the late, great Leroy Brooks. Those two epitomized auto racing in south Texas for several years. I've communicated with Kevin and it sounds like he just needs a lucky break. He's a hell of a driver. I don't even know if he ever got to see Bill and Leroy run roughshod over the boys at Pan Am and Austin's Speed-O-Rama. If he did, that's probably where he learned how to drive. My suggestion for Kevin is to quit looking for the free ride and continue to do his very best. One other thing, don't ever forget where you came from.
