pitprincess Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 AMP Series Travel to the Dixie Heartland to Kick-Off the Month of August Events ALEXANDER, Ark. -- AMP Series hits the highway, August 1st & 2nd with a road trip that will take them to two tracks that rest outside the natural state. The teams will travel to Tuscumbia, Alabama, where they will race for $1500.00 to win, $200.00 to start the main event at North Alabama Speedway. Then move on Saturday to “The Baddest Bullring in the South” (Columbus Speedway) which is commonly known to the state of Arkansas as the home of the Possum Town Grand Prix, where AMP will meet up with the MSCCS Series for $2500.00 to win, $300.00 to start the feature event. Jeff Greer, Mike Mauldin and Johnny Stokes have provided some great races this season and all the race teams look forward to visit both facilities over the weekend.
