Dixie Speedway racing Late Models this Saturday

Recommended Posts

This isnt a AMP event, just helping them get the word out.

This is not a AMP Race but they will allow all AMP cars to run.

A special presentation has been added to the Saturday, July 5th race at Dixie Speedway in Farmerville. In honor of Independence Day and the many soldiers who have given their time and those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and our right to enjoy the sport of dirt track racing, we are proud to present a Late Model show that is sure to please the race fan in all of us. Drivers from Arkansas' AMP Late Model Series and Baton Rouge based SUPR Late Model Series will make their way to spend this holiday weekend in North Louisiana. Champion Park Speedway in Minden is hosting SUPR's Friday night, so be sure to make your way to CPS then to Dixie on Saturday night to get a full weekend of these fast cars and excellent drivers.

We are also having Fan Appreciation Night during Intermission, followed by a 5-lap grudge race between two friends to raise money for St Judes Childrens Hospital. We will be running all classes (Cruisers, Young Guns, Hobby Stock, Hot Stock, Limited Modified and Modified) as well as a Powder Puff race at the end of the night. 100% of payouts in all classes will be paid in cash.

Late Model payout will be as follows:

2nd - 750

3rd - 500
