jont66 Posted December 22, 2003 Report Share Posted December 22, 2003 The AllStar Race Truck Series - Lone Star Region will be allowing the Chevy Sealed Circle Track Engine for competition in the 2004 season, as an OPTION. These motors will not be required, but will be an OPTION to the existing engine rules packages. Because this only an option in the Lone Star Region, any racers wishing to compete outside of the Lone Star Region must run the existing rules package - (302, 305, 318) These engines will be available from Rose City Racing in the $3000 - $3200 price range. (final price to be determined in January 2004). (Includes upgraded timing chain and new servicable seals.) All service and repair of these engines will also be done through Rose City Racing. (Actual location of service center is in Fort Worth, and has no current affiliation with any ARTS teams.) These engines will be available for purchase around January 15, 2004. All competitiors currently using this engine must return it to Rose City Racing for the 2004 upgrades to be installed and existing problems to be corrected.
