txtom
You can also try-- Shoenfeld I know they carry flanges for these heads, they can probably answer your question.
hubb44
Checked with them about ten days ago. they use to make the header but said they got too many complaints and decided not to make them anymore. that may be the case with the motor. It is about three years old, but recently professionally refreshened. Thankx
txtom
You could also try asking the guys over at Circle Bar Racing (The #14 of Rick Crawford). They might help, (704) 793-1445. Texas owned team based in Charlotte. The best bet would be Colt-- He has an inside track to parts availability in the Charlotte area.
Colt15
Try 2nd chance race parts. They are in Mooresville, NC. They carry a ton of race parts sold to them by teams. Sorry dont have there #. -Colt

txtom
Hey Hubb-- Another place you could try is Ernie Elliot's engine shop. (704) 265-1346 might be a good number for them. They could tell you a header company.

hubb44
In the last five days we have talked to all your suggestions as well as all the people they in turn suggested. Everyone has been most helpful as we all would expect of those sympathetic with those who run a Ford latemodel expecially in an offset chassis. We have found one person, Mr. Jim Degan from Midland, Arkansas who is custom building a set of 180. All he needed was some photo's and some basic measurements. He is very reasonable and does not limit his efforts to any particular racing effort. He is an original drag racer. If you ever find yourselves in a situation such as ours, call him at 479-639-2742 or e-mail at CCracing@centurytel.net. Thanks again for all your help.
