ProTree Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Had the same thing happen about 4 months ago at SAR.Sweet Lil' Nova,with a hi reving small block,lenco trans,wheelie bars,the works.The funny thing about it, I talked to the driver in the pits before he ran and he asked if the track was hookin'.I told him it would hold anything he could throw at it.The driver came up to make a run and did a 100ft burnout,backed up,did a dry hop and staged it.When the first amber lite up he decked it and right when the green was getting ready to hit, he popped the clutch.Car launched and the rear end,wheels and all ended up at the rear bumper.
