November 22, 2003, @ 7:00 PM @ The Texas Events Center, 24795 IH 35 (formerly Thunder Zone) just in front of THR, in Kyle. Tickets are on sale until November 20 which will include the meal - Contact Lisa Painter @ 512-282-9973 or her cell @ 512-784-3026. In Austin, you can drop by Insty Prints South - 512-447-9001, Race Fan Depot @ 512-462-7227 or Southside Wrecker Service (Crissy @ 512-442-2676). Tickets at the door do not include the meal, so get them by November 20th. Adult tickets are 20.00 (purchase 4 & the 5th is free) Children - 6 to 12 are 5.00 & under 6 is free! Great food by G&M Catering & some good old blues music by "SMACKDAB". G&M Catering will have set ups available, so it is BYOB & a designated driver! The dress is semi formal and to some racers that is nice dress shirt! On Friday, November 21 @ 7:30 PM, the top ten finishing drivers and their car owners or one representative are invited to the TSRS "Round Table" meeting. You have earned the opportunity to be a part of TSRS preparing for the 2004 season. You must RSVP (call or email us to let us know if you can attend) Those unable to attend, will make a position available for 11th position on down. Here are the top 10 that need to RSVP by Monday the 17th. Ronny New, Tommy Gural, Jeff Pollard, Mike Yale, Brad Hudak, Leland Waddell, Jamie Fuller, Brian Schild, Beau Bukowski and Lloyd Alexander. Lisa wants each of you to know that we have available spaces in our Memorial 2003 Awards/Recognition Banquet Program left for "thank you ads for your sponsors, crews & families" or congratulations to your drivers! Contact Lisa @ 512-282-9973. Deadline for the program is the 17th, also! We are also hoping that each of you will send us a picture of your race car shops, need them by Nov 17th, that's a week from today! We want to include them in the video being shown at the banquet. Send pictures for the video to 7003 Western Oaks Blvd. Austin, Texas 78749. We have room for several race cars to be put on display inside the building for the banquet, like a car show! No charge of course, you and your team can dress your area up as nice as you want or just simply display your car. Contact us to let us know if you are interested! Cars left will be locked up after the banquet and can be picked up anytime the next day or that week & will need to be in place on the showroom floor by Saturday morning.
