TRP Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 The annual Kids Bike Give Away at Texana Raceway Park will be held at Intermission during the July 7th program. This is much anticipated by the youngsters with around 25 to 30 bicycles being given away. Quite frankly it is a heart-warming event to see so many smiling faces with a new bicycle. While we know it is impossible to give-away a bicycle to every youngster, we'd like to give away as many as possible. The track will be donating several bikes as will several of the race teams. If you would like to donate a bicycle, please bring it with you to the track on July 7th and be sue to touch base with Monty Chamberlain or Bruce Tesch. We will make sure all known donors are recognized during the Intermission. Also, if you want, place a sign on any bicycle you donate.
