Racer02 Posted June 15, 2007 Report Share Posted June 15, 2007 Is it ok to have a standard transmission in the bomber class if that type of car came with a standard? I ask Bobby(tech man) about this last year and he said it would be fine if the car you are running was offered with a standard option.. The rules do not say automatic only. The hornet rules say whatever came in the car stock, so would this logic apply? Also, I did not see this in the altus rules either. Either way is fine, it's just a little confusing when you ask if it's ok, your told it is, and then when you show up (at Altus) everybody cries about it.
