The only reason we have restrictor plates is to keep one of our heroes from putting a ton-and-three-quarter stock can into a grandstand full of 100,000 fans at over one hundred miles per hour. You want to keep racing? Bet on how much racing we'll be doing once that happens. And, no, I didn't say "if that happens."
