Gen-Tech, K-MAC Sports and JRA to combine efforts for 2007

(Leander, TX) – K-MAC Sports Productions (Leander, TX), Gen-Tech R.V. Generator Sales & Service of Leander (TX) and the JRA Kids Club (Round Rock, TX) announced today they will join forces for the upcoming 2007 racing season.

Gen-Tech owner Fred Summers then announced an offer to all local race fans and race teams that will benefit the JRA Kids Club. Gen-Tech will offer a $50 discount to any race fan, driver or race team member on its high-quality line of portable generators; Gen-Tech will then make a donation to the JRA Kids Club for each generator sold.

“Everyone is combining efforts for the good of local racers and local racing,” said K-MAC Sports co-owner Chuck Licata. “Fred Summers is excited about getting his business involved in racing; after he joined up with K-MAC Sports, he felt the next logical step was to work with JRA and the ‘racers of tomorrow.’ Aaron and Laura Brungot, founders of JRA, are natural partners with K-MAC Sports and Gen-Tech.”

“Laura and I have worked hard and really wanted to take the Kids Club to the next level in 2007,” said Aaron Brungot. “We believe that working with K-MAC Sports and Gen-Tech will not only benefit the club but provide needed exposure to our efforts. For us, it’s all about the kids; that’s why we’ve developed a long-lasting relationship with River City Quarter Midgets Association (RCQMA).”

Laura Brungot added, “The fact Fred Summers and Gen-Tech immediately stepped up and not only made a great offer to local racers but also offered to share some of the proceeds for our club is much appreciated. We’re dedicated to making 2007 a banner year for the growth of local racing efforts.”

Aaron & Laura Brungot created JRA Kids Club officially known as Junior Racers of America back in 2005. The Kids Club has worked closely with Thunder Hill Raceway staff, and now the River City Quarter Midgets (RCQMA) organization to bring light to auto racing, and Children’s involvement with the sport.
