hubb44 Posted February 17, 2003 Report Share Posted February 17, 2003 Officials at Saratoga Speedway in Corpus Christi have completed negotiations for sponsorship of the re- appearance of limited dirt latemodels at the speedway for March 22, 2003. This special event will be the first appearance of these cars in south texas since 1997. Plans are also to bring the class back as many as two more times during the season. The identity of the sponsor will be announced within the next 72 hours. The limited late models will pay $1000 to win on March 22 and the class will be added to the regular modified, pure stock and superstock program.
