I told Rick I had an entrance up my sleeve and he played along. Thanx to Debbie for her announcing. And thanx to Dwayne Markgraf for loning me a helmet and to Keith Garrett for the use of a drivers suit. I knew when I saw George arrive with a car, that he was the one to beat. I honestly had the blast and I even felt well enough to play golf Sunday. Two last things, I kept hearing on the radio all night that I would be the 1st car out..."SURPRISE"!!! Of course I fully exceeded my expectations. And last but not least I would like to thank my main sponsor........ JEFF GORDON RACING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
