South Texas Speedway Posted August 13, 2006 Report Share Posted August 13, 2006 First off I would like to say the best event of the evening was Micheal Carlock giving all those kids rides after the races, that was great, Thanks Mike you are awesome! The racing was great in all classes, thanks to everyone for coming out, we had 746 adults in the stands, that is awesome, STS has to thank all the drivers for getting these crowds out, with a little free ticket help we have managed to pack them in for the last 4 weeks. We will all continue to improve every aspect of the track we can, Gary did a great job with the track, thanks to that Shrimp as well for running the water truck all day Saturday.
