June 3, Hill Country Raceway fans seen the highest car count of the year. In the pure stock division Richard Hearn #21h lead the first six laps till Joey Gourley #57 took the lead in turn four, and crused to a comfortable lead, leaving the battle for second the race to watch between Richard Hearn #21h, Clark Husman #13 and Brad Burke#4. Husman #13 had a flat leaving the battle between the two (#21h, 4) with Richard Hearn squezzing out second. Brad Burke #4 third.

 

In the hobby stock division fans saw a fierce and friendly rivarly between Gary Dean Jr. #11 and Mark Pivarnik #5. Wheel to wheel, bumper to bumper, door to door racing as Pivarnik tried every racing line to keep his six win streak alive. With Gary Dean Jr. #11 edging out Pivarnik #5 for a well deserved hard fought victory, his first of the season. Making the friendly rivarly a show of it's own.

 

In the street stock saw the return of the 2005 street stock points champion Timothy Payne #38. Wesley Skains #25 jumping to the led with Rob Martin #99 and Timothy Payne a close second and third Mike Eifert #8 following a close fourth. With Rob Martin being black flagged on lap seven. Leaving Timothy Payne #38 chasing Wesley Skains #25 for the lead. Till he pushed his car to the edge and spinning out in turn three giving Wesley Skains #25 the win. Timothy Payne #38 second and Mike Eifert #8 third.

 

In the sportsman division the race started out wild and crazy as Wesley Skains #48 pulling double duty in two divisions landing on the infield tire on the first lap causing a complete restart. On the restart Yankee Payne #38 made a gutsey move down low to take the lead with Wesley Skains #48, Roger Baker #1, Harlen Covert #60 and D.K. Wallace in a tight pack. Harlen Covert took second from Roger Baker #1 on the inside on turn four and closing hard on the Yankee's rear corner panel giving him a run for the led as the two fought side by side, door to door for several laps. With the two not giving no ground till Harlen Covert #60 spun leaving second place battle between Roger Baker #1 and D.K. Wallace #48m with Baker edging out Wallace for second. Covert finishing third.

 

Supercoupes in the main event things started with a bang with Mr. Decker #8 running over his daughter Kayla Decker #3's front tire and hood in turn one causing a complete restart and ending there night. On the restart Robert Berg #4 took the lead with George Bumpers #9 and Mr. Dixon battling for second. Mr. Dixon spun out on lap five bringing out caution. On restart George Bumpers made a move up high, Robert Berg closed the door and never looked back for the first win of the season at Hill Country Raceway.
