Tomlinson Memorial @ Rio Grande Speedway 6/03/06

As was previously announced, the Tomlinson family has increased the purse in the limited and Modified features to pay $1000 to win. The pay down will be as follows:

2nd will pay what 1st normally pays,

3rd will pay what 2nd normally pays,

and so on.

The end result is that if you make the "A" main, you will get at least $50.

For the Limited and the Modifieds:

With this being a $1000 to win race, the field will be determined by a draw. The entire fields will draw for position at the drivers meeting, which will begin at 6:45pm. If you miss the drivers meeting you will start in the rear of the pack. This is for Limited Modified and Modifieds only.

 

 

Rio Grande Speedway would like to welcome all classes and cars to come and join us for the "Tomlinson Memorial Race". Bring your car, and as long as the safety equipment will meet our track standards, we will fit you into a class for this night.

 

I would like to encourage everyone to arrive as early as possible as we will have more cars than usuall, and will be doing a couple of special things in the memory of Steve.
