Noah Van Blarcum ( Stone Cold # 13) Ricky Rogers with yet another win, 3rd week in a row.There is some talk about a bounty on him.First time racer Noah Van Blarcum drove a great race for the first time out with full volts.His new flex 2 chassis is on order.Marcus Mikulencak edged out Jerrod Grantz for third.
