Come and Play at Texas Thunder Speedway

 

On Thursday night, March 9th, from 4:30 PM until dark, Texas Thunder Speedway in Killeen is having a general Hot Lap session. Come out and test and tune that brand new race car on the ¼ mile dirt track. After the session is over, take the car home, tweak it and bring it back and try it again on Saturday.

 

On Saturday, March 11th, 2006, Texas Thunder Speedway will be having another open Hot Lap session from noon until 5:00 PM.

 

Also on tap on the 11th is the innovative “Racing 101” class. Come and learn what you need to do on race night, who to talk to, what to expect and where you need to be and when. Long time racer and track promoter Pat Wilson will be the instructor, and there is no one better to teach all of this to new racers.

 

Also on Saturday, you can have your cars scrutinized by the crack Texas Thunder Speedway Technical staff. And it would be the perfect time to register your hot rod.

 

You have been building them all winter and you finally have got them done. Come and see how fast she will go, before opening night on the 25th of March.
