NeilTPS Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 (edited) Texas Pro Sedans – announce revised 2006 Schedule San Antonio, Texas The Texas Pro Sedans have announced a revised twelve race schedule for the 2006 racing season. The first race on March 11 was moved from C.C. Motor Speedway to San Antonio Speedway. The originally scheduled August 19 race remains scheduled at CCMS. Both races will be held at part of a major USRA event. In a novel format, three dates presenting five races are also scheduled at San Antonio Speedway. The races on April 15 and July 15 will be “Twin Feature Races and Point Events”. The races which will be a first for the 31 year old four cylinder stock car touring series. In addition, TPS tentatively returns to SAS October 7 for “Octoberfast”. Five races will be held at the 3/8 mile Thunder Hill Raceway asphalt oval in Kyle, Texas and will be highlighted by the Texas Pro Sedans again being on the grid for the 10th annual “THR Stock Car Spectacular”. The 2006 Texas Pro Sedans revised schedule, like most other racing schedules, “is subject to change”.
