JRA Kids Club & River City Quarter Midgets Partner for '06

As the 2006 racing season gets closer, the staff of JRA Kids Club continues to make inroads into the community.

The latest bit of good news is that the River City Quarter Midget Club (RCQMA) has invited the JRA Kids Club to participate in several RCQMA functions this year.

RCQMA President Wayne Iltis and JRA Founder Aaron Brungot continue to work on a combined action plan that will benefit both JRA and RCQMA. "Our clubs have always had the same goal, to provide children with a valuable learning experience and allow them to explore the world of Auto Racing," Brungot stated. "With our combined efforts the possibilities are endless and once again the kids will win!"

RCQMA is an organization that focuses all its resources on teaching the finer points of oval racing to its young children, ages 5-16. They also promote family involvement in the sport at all times. RCQMA is in the process of becoming a registered non-profit organization. Information on RCQMA is available by contacting Wayne Iltis at wiltis@austin.rr.com or www.RCQMA.com.

The JRA Kids Club is based out of Thunder Hill Raceway, in Kyle TX. Members aged 4-13 years old get opportunities like no others in Central Texas. Kids enjoy events from meeting up-and-coming racing stars to camping over night in the infield at Thunder Hill Raceway.
