IH 35, Austin, Texas 78741. Rooms can be checked into as early as 3:00PM, there will be a "happy hour" in the hotel bar from 3:00-5:00PM and because "friends don't let friends drink and drive" there will be bus shuttle service provided from the hotel to the Events Center beginning at 5:00PM until 6:00PM and picking back up from 11:00PM until 1:00AM.
