thumper
Does anyone know of any publications about how to set up and tune a FWD car's chassis ? There's a ton of info fro RWD but I have not seen any tunning guides for Compacts. Steve Smith makes mini stock manuals but again its RWD. Seems like an untapped market. Thanks. Radical
I agree with TheCloser. With your vast knowledge you should attempt to put one together.
NickHolt
I have some experience with FWD cars, primarily in the Texas Pro Sedan series. And if, by any odd chance, someone racing a FWD attends my seminator, we have a few private sessions "unlearn" a few principles we teach for the RWD classes. For instance, roll couple distribution as well as weight distribution issues are discussed in detail. As you know, some of it is counter-intuitive, but once someone figures out what I'm teaching, they do rather well. Nick
