South Texas Speedway Posted October 10, 2017 Report Share Posted October 10, 2017 Beginning this Saturday night and through the remainder of 2017 Cody Beddoe will serve as Interim Race director at South Texas Speedway. Cody will be filling the role formerly held by Ted Hamm here at the Speedway. Cody is a Corpus Christi native and race car driver that has been running the racing radio communication and working as an official this season. He has an extensive knowledge of racing operations both as a promoter and a driver and we are confident in his ability to run Race night operations. Ted Hamm has decided to take a break and step away from racing and we wish him the best in his endeavors and value his contributions to the Speedway We look forward to finishing the year strong and heading into a great 2018 racing season.
