I know a day will come when someone gets hurt at a race I am promoting. I am not looking forward to that day but odds are it will happen accidently. No way will I condon using a car as a weapon under caution chasing down another driver in a demo derby style move for retailiation. It might make for create TV but not at a grass roots race or at least one I am involved in. I am not happy with a couple drivers that came out of character and did things I have never seen them do before. Penalties are coming for them as well. I myself got into trouble late Saturday night after not getting to practice and spun my tires in the pits. Not bad but enough to draw attention. I regret that and I got into trouble for doing so. I accepted it. Bottom line we can get hurt in the pits at 5 mph, on the track racing at 90 or under caution tryin to get lined up. But anything that happens and we believe it to be intential or retailiation against another then we will react and react hard. This is not just a series issue all regional tracks will be brought up to speed and its the track discretion what they do at that point. We are not trying to make an example but hoping we never have to address this again so spread the word the STXSSS is not going to be a Royal Rumble on Dirt with cars.
