  7. Kart racing this weekend

This Saturday L87 Speedway will be kicking off with Kart racing action in the first of our 6 race winter series. Hope to see everyone come out and have some fun!
  8. Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to all the racers and their families hope everyone has a safe and blessed Christmas!
  9. 2018

We are working on what classes to run GB as you know I have always supported the mini stock / thunder cars and obviously they will be in consideration for L87. I think the track lends itself to some awesome racing action for the mini stock class of cars, similar to CC Speedway. Owen
  10. We would like to Thank Pro Line Fabrication for sponsoring the Yard Kart Division. The Pro Line Fabrication Yard Karts will Pay $50 to the feature winner in each of the 6 winter series events! We are proud to have Pro Line on board as an official class sponsor!
  11. Due to the large rain chances and cold conditions L87 Speedway Management has decided to reschedule the 1st winter series event to Saturday December 30th. The event schedule will remain the same. As an added bonus we will allow everyone to bring fireworks and shoot them off after the races which will give people an opportunity to enjoy shooting off fireworks with out getting in trouble with the law. Thank you for your understanding, we want this winter series to be family fun for everyone and hope everyone can make it out for the first date on December 30th. L87 Speedway
  12. Sames Ford Trophies

Special Thanks to Sames Ford for sponsoring all the go-kart Trophies for the 2017/2018 winter series! If you're in the market for a new vehicle shop Sames and save. Race fans and racers are the most brand loyal people in the world, so take care of those that take care of you and go shop Sames
  13. Points Fund

There is a points fund for each of the 8 go-kart classes in the Winter Series. The champion in each division will receive $100 donated by Ace Transmission and the Mikulencak Family. We will continue to search for sponsors to help build the points fund and payout additional places. The points structure is outlined in the attached rules. Each driver will be able to drop their worst points night other than DQ’s those will not be droppable. L87 GO KART RULES.pdf
  14. Winter Go Kart Series schedule

Our Youth Class is 5-7 but we have some interest from several like you to run some younger children, if we feel your 4 year old can handle his or her kart and compete with the youth division we are happy to let them run in the youth division, bring them out and let them practice we will sure take a look.
