Race tracks and housing subdivisions  don't get along, never have, never will, you can have a race track that's been operating  every weekend for 50 years  and a new subdivision  comes in , race track is gone  within 3 years, now a race track is the new kid on the block, never gonna happen,  sorry kids, there is a huge housing subdivision  within shouting distance of the track.

Bubba is untouchable,  everyone  knows  that, would have like  to have seen him dump Dale Sr. Like that, you  know  before the WOKE age.

If a driver races every race , at the end they can throw the bad race out, if a driver missed a race , they can't, they have to take the good with the bad.

That's great news, we need a nice asphalt track that's local for San Antonions , we will support it , if I don't have a new car by opening night, I guarantee you I will be in the stands with my crew, I like the 1/4 mile over a 3/8 it's a whole lot easier on engines, and it's harder on body panels, but easier on frame damage, I'll be there anyway, and know that several others will be too, good luck to you good people and THANKS

I passed by the track yesterday, the weeds at pit entrance was shredded and a bunch of big utility trucks were parked inside the track on the back straight away couldn't make out the logos on the trucks .
