Grandstand gates open at 4:00P on Saturday, August 13.

 

Friday Night's Open Test-n-Tune

August 12

6:00P - 11:00P

 

Friday's Open Test-n-Tune is scheduled for 6:00P-11:00P. Bailey's Burgers will also be offering their Friday Steak Night Dinner from 7:30P-10:00P in the Grandstand concession area (more information to follow).

 

Saturday's Pit/Garage Activities

August 13

Gate opens at 2:30P

 

The Pit/Garage Office will open at 2:30P on Saturday. However, anyone with a two-day pit pass may come and go at any time throughout the weekend. Drivers, please make sure you sign in at the Pit/Garage by 3:00P on Saturday. An Organized Test-n-Tune session is scheduled for each division, starting at 3:30P. Alternating drivers' meetings will be held during the practice session.

 

Saturday's Qualifying, Meet the Drivers and Opening Ceremonies

August 13

Starts at 6:00P

 

• Optional qualifying for the NasKart Pro Racing Series, Thunder Stocks, and NASCAR A-Line Super Stocks will start at 6:00P.

• A Heat Race for the Bandoleros will immediately follow the qualifying runs.

• A "Meet the Drivers" autograph session with the fans (mandatory for all drivers) will take place on the front straightaway after the qualifying runs and heat races have been completed.

• Opening ceremonies are scheduled to start after the Meet the Drivers session, followed by Main Events for all divisions. The Bandoleros will be the featured division.

August 13

Hay Rides after the Races

 

Along with a helmet, kids can bring their bicycles, tricycles and Power Wheels for Bike Races that will be held right after the Mini Stock feature race (about midway through the night's events). Topping off the night will be Hay Rides around the track. Drivers, if you're able to participate, please join your young fans on the track following the Grand Stock main event!

 

Overnight Camping

 

Overnight camping throughout the weekend is encouraged and is FREE!
