Danielsen Motorsports Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 After alot of discussions back and forth, to allow or not to allow a decision has been reached by Jim at I37. Against his better judgement any driver will be allowed to participate who is coming to race in the spirit of enhancing the racing on the track and enhancing the show for each tracks fans. The reasons were not easy to come by because there are already a great large group of local talented street stock drivers coming to run. We pray all of those drivers continue planning to run in this event. So with that said anyone who races with the intent to expose loop holes, grey areas in the rules or disrespect their competitors will be asked not to return. We expect this to be the shows of the year at each track. Make sure to bring your big boy and girl pants. No bitching, crying or complainting. Starting Race 1 the Shady Oaks Race will be evaluated and discussed as a learning tool for race 2 and so on for race 3. The out of town cars will have to abide by one of the three sets of rules already in place for this event. No exceptions so please make your phone calls on grey areas or email us so we can clear up any issues now instead of after the races. Be prepared to be teched at all events at anytime! To any of the local talent who isnt excited about racing against the best the areas have to offer. First you have a great opportunity in front of you that you may never ever have again! You will walk away with stories for your family and friends to listen to. You also have the opportunity to show your skills off in front of alot of people and prove to yourself and everyone else your a top 10 street stock shootout competitor. Also as part of the show everyone will have great chances at winning off the track as well as on. We are still putting together the complete package but it only gets better from here. Please stay tuned for further information and lets bring a show to Shady Oaks Speedway that they will talk about the rest of the year! JohnnyT66 Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 THATS GREAT!!,i see this race as a 100% win win for all..the folks in the stands will see the best there is to offer...the tracks will make money as i believe there will be a full house..and the racers that run up front will have pride and happiness knowing they raced the best in the state...the TOBA used to be talked about EVERYWHERE we went... This will have people talking....To the ones that made it happen, And the folks that changed there mind to allow others to join in,GOOD JOB!!!! Frank t......
