debwill Posted March 15, 2011 Report Share Posted March 15, 2011 Shown below is the detailed Thunderhill Raceway Schedule of Events for this Friday and Saturday, March 18 and 19. Friday’s Open Test-n-Tune (March 18) is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. The electronic scoring will be set up during the practice session. Ribeye Steak or grilled Chicken Breast Plates will be available on Friday from Cheryl Bailey Catering, starting at 7:30 p.m. (must be ordered in advance). For more information on the dinner plates, visit Ribeye Steak Dinner. Grandstand admission is free for the Open Test-n-Tune. REMINDER: All drivers must check in at the Garage/Pit Office by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday! On Saturday morning (March 19), the pit gates will open at 11:00 a.m., and the grandstand gates will open at 4:00 p.m. The Mini Stocks will be our featured division on Saturday, and drivers in this division will be competing in both heat and feature races. The Grand Stocks and SportMods are scheduled for qualifying, starting at 4:45 p.m. All divisions are scheduled to participate in a Meet the Drivers session at 5:30 p.m. on the front straightaway. Please wear team shirts or matching t-shirts, if possible. Opening ceremonies are scheduled for 6:00 p.m., followed by heat races by the Mini Stocks and ten feature races for all divisions. Overnight camping throughout the weekend is encouraged and is FREE!
