TRP Posted November 17, 2017 Report Share Posted November 17, 2017 Happy Friday everyone! We hope you all have had a good week. We wanted to touch on some points for the awards banquet. Firstly, just a reminder, it will be held on December 2nd from 4-7 PM at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Victoria. The address is 8002 N. Navarro Street and it is located by the Cinemark 12 movie theatre. The banquet will be hosted by Tony Blankenship, the track operator for the 2017 season. Schedule of events: 4-4:30 PM- Social time 4:30-5:30 PM- Meal (at no cost) 5:30-6:30 PM- Awards banquet with trophies going to the top 3 points finishers in each class. Around this time, our new track owners, the Densman’s, will also give a short speech as we welcome them in for the 2018 season and beyond. 6:30-7 PM- Wrap up and social time. We will be having a door prize raffle as well. Tony will provide a few door prizes and if anyone else is interested in providing some as well, just bring them to the banquet with a business card attached. Everyone is welcome to pitch in.
