Is this a restuarant? Yes it is. It is very historic and is presently owned and operated by Charlie Mills and family (Charlie shares driving duties in the #33 Pure Stock and he was 2007 Texana Bomber Track Champion.. I think it was 2007). Emil's has amazing hamburgers and homemade chili every day. A nostalgic place with a lot of character. A must visit if you get to El Campo.
